Refund Policy

What is Ayesay's Refund Policy?

 

  1. Please ensure that you have submitted request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
  2. Appoved refunds by Ayesay will be credited via your original payment method.
  3. Processing of payment may take up to 10 days, subjected to the respective banks processing timeline.
  4. Coupons, shipping fees and additional delivery slot fees will not be returned as part of the refund.
  5. Please contact our facebook group to start your refund process.

 

Buyer may raise a refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. Valid reasons for refund:

 

  • Missing item
  • Damaged/spoiled content
  • Expired products

 

Subject to the approval of Ayesay, customers will be able to receive full amount of damaged/defect item(s)

 

In rare case of order not arriving after 10 days of the promised date, customers will be able to receive back the full amount of the entire order.

 

How do I return products to Ayesay?

 

If you're unsatisfied with products delivered in your Ayesay order, you do not need to return them. We will offer a refund for missing or unsatisfactory items based on your claim.
